About the team

Hi, I’m Stefanie

I've always been driven by challenges, new ideas and the excitement of building something meaningful. Whether it's launching a new concept, coordinating an international event or bringing structure to a growing organisation, I'm at my best when ambition meets action.

With Bachelor's degrees in Hotel Management and Marketing Communications, a postgraduate degree in Event Management and more than 15 years of experience across sports, events and hospitality, I've built a life and career around helping organisations move forward with clarity, structure and momentum.

As an entrepreneur, mother of two and someone with a lifelong passion for sailing, Motorsports, travel and adventure, I've learned that the best results rarely come from doing more. They come from making the right decisions, creating the right structure and having the determination to keep moving forward, especially when things don't go as planned.

That's exactly how I work.

I don't believe in sitting on the sidelines. I become part of your team, helping you connect strategy, marketing and operations to move your business forward. And no, I'm not here to simply tick off tasks... although I have to admit, a well-organised checklist makes me very happy.

People describe me as tenacious, enthusiastic and someone who isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves. I ask questions, challenge ideas when needed and stay committed until the job is done.

Every great partnership starts with a conversation.
I'd love to hear your story.

Meet Nina

As a creative and organized person, I enjoy bringing ideas to life and making sure everything falls into place. I get energy from planning, creating, and supporting others, always with an eye for detail and a practical approach.

With an Associate Degree in Marketing & Communication Support, I discovered my passion for marketing, communication, and event organization. During my studies, my creative mindset and talent for organizing really came to the surface, and I've continued to build on those strengths ever since.

Family is very important to me, and in my free time, you'll often find me at the gym or getting lost in a good romance novel. I believe that a healthy balance between creativity and structure is the key to both work and life.

I enjoy thinking along with others, working in an organized way, and helping turn ideas into well-executed plans. Whether it's supporting marketing projects, assisting with communication, or helping behind the scenes at events, I love making life a little easier for the people I work with.

As a freelance developer and lecturer, I enjoy turning ideas into
digital solutions that make a real impact. Whether it's building web applications, developing websites, or creating interactive experiences, I get energy from combining technology, creativity, and innovation.

With experience in both front-end and back-end development, I help businesses and organizations bring their digital projects to life. I like to think along, tackle technical challenges, and build solutions that are not only scalable and high-performing but also intuitive and future-proof.

Alongside my freelance work, I teach at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences in the Interactive Media Development and Medical Technology programs. Sharing knowledge and guiding students as they take their first steps into the world of technology is something I genuinely enjoy, and it keeps me inspired to keep learning and growing myself.

I thrive in multidisciplinary environments where different ideas and perspectives come together. Working with passionate people, solving complex problems, and transforming ambitious concepts into reality is what motivates me every day.
